Hello, welcome to my page.

Wil Reguera (NMLS 546539) is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, Principal Broker and Founder of Fundnancial Corp. After 23 years in the business on the retail side and working with big-name companies, he decided it was time to do this his way. The goal was to be able to offer an array of loan products while keeping rates and fees aggressive. Read more on this on the About Us Page.

Wil began in the business in 1999 at Wells Fargo as a Junior MLO where he learned the business. Once he was seasoned and generating his own book of business, Countrywide Home Loans recruited him and he was there until Bank of America took over. Due to the 2008 Crash he took off a year but then picked up where he left off and took a job with Regions Bank and eventually moved to Caliber Home loans prior to deciding it was time to open Fundnancial!

Each of these experiences has contributed to his growth into the loan professional that he is today, renowned for his dedication to service and his ability to get clients the deals they want via a timely, hassle-free process.

Wil and his team work remotely and although he does the majority of his business in South Florida, he is licensed to do business all across the state of Florida. He offers a wide range of high-quality products with a heavy emphasis on Conventional, FHA, and Jumbo products. A large portion of his work is completed online and over the phone, but you can count on a phone call to Team Reguera will never go unanswered.

Wil and his wife have been married since 2007, and together they have two boys. He is passionate about what he does and committed to his family, friends, clients and business partners.
